Ongoing interactive and hands-on creative activities for kids age 1-12: puppet shows, face painting, temporary tattoos, sidewalk chalk drawing, jewelry making, African games and toys, and other arts and crafts. |
Youth Art Gallery & Performances
Presented by MB Financial and Loyola University
See the artworks made by students of 10 of our local schools, along with dance and music performances that showcase the importance of art programs in Chicago's schools. |
Beads Jewelry Workshop
Hosted by AVP Jewelry and Beads
Sept. 23-24 | 12:00-1:30pm and 2:00 to 4:00pm | Youth Art Gallery Come learn the art of beading and make jewelry (free!) with Ana Pizarro and Diana Ortega of AVP (1206 W. Granville), two master jewelers whose work has been published in several magazines. All ages and skill levels welcome. |
Art Classes for Kids & Parents
